f3Grapefruit is a very refreshing fruit, full of vitamin C. Grapefruit is originating from eastern India, the maximum grown in subtropical countries of Central America, southern Africa, Israel, Greece and Spain. Grapefruit is a cross between lemon and orange, and is available with a yellow or red meat, seeds, or without them.
