Blueberries

As all types of berries those are also low bilberry fruit, and as such important in the diet. Consumption of blueberries alleviates problems with kidney stones, bladder inflammation, chronic intestinal inflammation, hemeroids and bite. Dried blueberries can be used as a tasty addition to the domestic fruit bread,they are delicious also in the fresh fruit salads and cereal pulps. There are two types of blueberries: European and American. U.S. are generally larger and sweeter than their European counterparts. Fresh blueberry juice is a good disinfectant for the oral cavity and throat. The frequent consumption of blueberries better stress transfer, whereas high-valued biological substances in the blueberry are calmin us down and strengthen nerves.
