f7Are a variety of peach. The flesh of nectarines is yellow-orange or white. Nectarines with white meat are not so common. They contain 32 kkal per 100 g. Also they contain a lot of pro-A, vitamin B2, B3 and C. Of the microelements are present sodium, potassium, phosphorus and magnesium, which is in nectarine trees even more than once in the peaches. Smooth skin and firm flesh has contributed to many nectarines replacing it’s more aromatic relative peaches. For the taste is slightly more tart than peaches and more robust.
