f9Blackcurrants have more of a tart taste, so it is used mostly cooked.It is well-matched with the mint and lemon. Jelly of redcurrants can go great in addition with lamb meat. Currants are very flexible at low temperatures, berries of currants were found also high in the north of Europe and even in Siberia. Some of the varieties with large berries are called buffalo currant. They are used in the preparation of sports drinks, capsules that work towards the sore throat and other resources, which should act preventively against the cold. Our ancestors use blackcurrants to traet a lot of diseases.
